These terms describe how MagicArt Events (KVK 98619780) works with clients. They are a summary in plain language; your written proposal always takes precedence where the two differ.
Quotes and bookings
Every event is quoted individually after your enquiry. A date is reserved once the proposal is agreed and the deposit is received; the balance is due ahead of the styling day, on the schedule set out in your proposal.
Changes and cancellation
Small changes to the concept remain possible until production begins, after which material costs already incurred are charged. Cancellation terms are stated in your proposal and follow Dutch consumer law, including the statutory cooling-off period where it applies.
At the venue
We need reasonable access to the venue at the agreed installation time, and a safe, level surface to work on. The set is designed for the photographed occasion; re-use of materials after the event is possible by arrangement for certain pieces.
Images
Photos of completed sets may be used in the studio's portfolio and social channels. If your event requires confidentiality, tell us in advance and the set will never appear publicly.
Liability
MagicArt Events carries business liability insurance. Liability for any claim is limited to the invoice amount of the project concerned.
