1. Reservation & confirmation
A reservation becomes final only after written confirmation (the proposal or agreement) and receipt of the agreed deposit.

At MagicArt Events, we want every experience to be carefree and unforgettable. In these terms and conditions you will find all the important information about booking our services and the use of our materials.
2. Cancellation by the client
If the client cancels, amounts already paid will not be refunded. The reservation does stay valid for 6 months and can be moved once to another event, in consultation and subject to availability.
3. Moving your reservation
Please tell us as early as possible if you would like to move your reservation. If no new date has been chosen within 6 months, the reservation lapses without a right to reimbursement.
4. Liability
MagicArt Events is not liable for damage to the decoration that occurs after delivery or handover to the client. The client is responsible for supervising children and guests during the event.
5. Weather conditions
For outdoor installations, MagicArt Events is not responsible for damage caused by weather conditions, such as wind, rain, extreme heat or other weather influences.
6. Changes
Changes to the date, location, quantity or type of decoration should be passed on as soon as possible. Changes depend on availability and may affect the original quoted price.
7. Payment
The deposit is due as indicated on the proposal. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than the agreed date.
8. Delivery, installation & removal
Where agreed, MagicArt Events arranges delivery, installation and/or removal at the agreed location and time. The client is responsible for a location that is easily reachable and accessible. Any extra costs resulting from poor access or delays may be passed on to the client.
9. Rented materials & deposit
A deposit may be requested for certain materials. The client is responsible for rented materials from the moment of handover until collection. In case of damage, loss or theft, the costs of repair or replacement may be charged.
10. Use of imagery
MagicArt Events reserves the right to use photos and videos of completed decorations for promotional purposes, such as the website and social media. If the client has any objection to this, this can be indicated before the event.
11. Complaints
Do you have a complaint about our service or the decoration delivered? Please contact us as soon as possible, so that we can look for a suitable solution together.
