Introduction & concept
A conversation — the occasion, the people, the feeling you're after. We listen first, then sketch the direction: what the set should say, and where it will stand in your venue.

Colour & style selection
Palette, materials and finish come together on a concept you approve before a single balloon is ordered. Nothing is built until it already feels like yours.

Preparation & production
Behind the scenes, the set takes shape — materials sourced, signage produced, garlands and structures prepared in the studio, all against a timeline tied to your date.

On-site styling
We arrive early, install quietly and calibrate the set in the room itself — height, light and symmetry checked against the plan. You simply arrive to a finished scene.

Finishing & presentation
The last details are placed by hand, the set is photographed for your records, and we slip out before the first guest arrives — the moment belongs to you.
